Payouts - Our two
tier partner program pays two ways:
Tier
1- 15% of any upgraded account signup
generated as a direct result of someone clicking over
from your site and choosing a paid program here at BestBizTool.com
Tier
2- 5% of any sales generated from an
affiliate that signed up with us as a result of them
clicking over from your site and signing up.
Banners
and Text Links: We have many approved
banners and text links in the affiliate members area
for you to choose from. It's easy, just copy and paste
into your pages and start earning cash.
Extensive
Tracking: We have extensive 180 day
tracking and cheat prevention in place to ensure your
maximum success with our program. That's right, we
track visitors for a full 6 months so if a visitor
clicks over from your site today and then comes back
to our site at a later time directly without clicking
over from your site, we will still know where they
came from for a full 6 months. Take it for a spin.
Terms
and conditions:
1. You cannot
sign up as a partner and then use your affiliate links
to purchase at
a discount. If you attempt to do this,
you will not get paid for that sale.
2. Any attempt
to circumvent the system to show sales that are not
legitimate will result in immediate termination of any
and all accounts with and legal action taken against
you on the part of BestBizTool.com and take place in the
state in which we do business.
3. We will not
be responsible for any damages, loss of wages, etc
that should result from any participation in our BestBizTool
Affiliate program. You use our
services/programs at your own risk. (Our attorneys
make us say this)
4. Duration -
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your
affiliate application and will end when terminated by
either party. Termination may happen at any time, with
or without cause, by giving the other party
written notice of termination.
5.
Modification of terms - By posting a Change Notice or
a new agreement on this site, we may modify any of the
terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time
and at our sole discretion. These modifications may
include, but not limited to changes in the scope of
available referral fees, fee schedules, payment
procedures and Program rules. If any of the
modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only
recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you
CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM following the
posting of a Change Notice or new agreement, it will
be considered as your acceptance of the change.
