BestBizTool does not represent or endorse the accuracy, usefulness, or reliability of any of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, advertisements, promotions, or other materials (collectively, the "Content") contained or displayed on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from the BestBizTool website. BestBizTool provides the services to you, subject to the following Terms of Use ("TERMS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT, AGREE TO, AND WILL BE DEEMED TO BE BOUND BY THE CURRENT VERSION OF THE TERMS PUBLISHED ON THE SITE. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not use the site. You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any Content, Services or Products shall be at your sole risk. BestBizTool reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Services, Products, or Content.

No Resale of Templates

Unless otherwise stated with the terms "Resell Rights", The templates may be used for your own and/or your customers' websites, but you may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. This means that if you are a web developer and consultant you are free to use the templates in the design of your customers' websites. However the templates may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others to download off your websites, etc. You may not edit the theme and then sell it, in anyway. In any way if you do not abide by these terms, BestBizTool will prosecute to the highest extent possible.

Resale of Turnkey Businesses

You may resell turnkey businesses as a whole when they say Master Resell Rights, otherwise, you may only resell the content that the said business sells. Most of our turnkey businesses come with master resell rights. This will be stated clearly. 

Note: Under no circumstances are you to copy our main site and sell any of our content, logo's etc. All content is international copyright and legal reproductions will ensue.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances will BestBizTool be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted through the site, and BestBizTool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues or profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Refund Policy

We do not refund any monies for return of the template(s) or any other downloadable product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The requirements for downloading and editing templates are clearly stated, so make sure that you have the software required before you purchase the theme. Prior to your purchase you have the opportunity to download our Free Web Theme and ask us questions to make sure that the theme suits your needs - no refunds will be given on the basis that the theme does not meet your requirements.

You are responsible to have the programs and knowledge in order to open, view and edit web templates.
